The Leonard Elms Care Home was recently registered in the CQC report as providing Excellent outcomes for people who use it, which is a rating of 3, please see the attached link to CQC for the most recent report.

The Elms Unit is part of The Leonard Elms Care Home, it provides Nursing for the Elderly and is joined with the Leonard Unit which provides Dementia Care. It is a very spacious period farmhouse which has been professionally converted and extended into an attractive Nursing Home, the communial areas of the Home have recently been refurbished and provide a perfect setting for the residents to relax and enjoy the view of the well kept gardens and pond. The Home is situated in a rural setting on the edge of the village of Congresbury.
